Our clients are drawn from a wide variety of sectors, including manufacturing, financial services, automotive and many other, primarily commercial sectors. What they have in common is a periodic need to recruit high performing executives for senior management and board positions including CEO/MD, CFO/FD as well as Operations, HR and other core functions. They will also have a requirement to find, attract and engage the best possible candidates to meet their requirements, and crucially, drawn from the whole of the market, not just from those actively seeking their next role. The right people are a match to the role requirements of course but, more importantly, they are a long-term cultural fit to the client organisation.
