It has been an incredibly tough year for all of us on many levels but also a time to reflect and focus on what really matters. This is time on a personal and business level, time to reassess our values.

Having completed our financial year end recently, it has been a year to reflect upon. Many of our clients faced incredible challenges due to the pandemic and, naturally, this had a knock-on effect on our business.

As well as helping our clients during these extremely difficult times, we have been working closely with candidates, offering support and guidance to many who have been similarly affected by the brutal impact of COVID.

The most recent KPMG REC industry reports indicate improvement in the market and provide optimism for an improving 2021. 

We are continuing to invest in our systems, processes and marketing to return to growth!

Finally, a special thank you to our fantastic partner suppliers who’ve helped and supported us since we launched, and especially in the last year or so.

However, after a number of constructive conversations with HR professionals on our network, we were inspired to spend a little time refreshing ‘Our Approach’ brochure.

It says a lot about us that when we can tell you that one of our new clients in 2020 (a major Pharma company) is a HRD we’ve now worked with in five different organisations.

Similarly, another long-serving client came back to us in her capacity as Non Exec for two senior key appointments. Whilst another new client came as a direct result of their previous experience with us a candidate.
